These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Party Decoration India's website and booking services. By placing a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
A booking is confirmed only after the applicable advance/token amount is received and verified by our team. The remaining balance is payable directly to our team on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any request to change the event date, time, or venue must be communicated to us at the earliest, ideally at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Changes are subject to team and material availability.
The customer is responsible for ensuring our decoration team has timely access to the venue at the agreed time. Delays in venue access caused by the customer or venue management may affect the setup timeline.
Customers are requested to share accurate venue address, event date/time, and any special requirements at the time of booking to help us plan and execute the setup correctly.
While we take all reasonable care during setup and removal of decoration items, Party Decoration India is not liable for pre-existing damage to the venue, or for damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. weather, third-party interference).
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
